Pork and Spoon
The kitchen of Pork and Spoon is a labor of love. Driven to create a local restaurant centered around food from his heritage, Odysseus Ferranco has finally brought his dream of putting the cuisine of the Philippines on your table.
Signatures of the menu include dishes like Chicken Inasal, a process that slowly cooks the meat with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and lemon grass creating meat that is flavorful and tender, or fried Lumpiang Shanghai, pork filled spring rolls, served with a sweet chili sauce. Through this authentic cuisine Ferranco hopes to bridge cultures through food.
