RENT A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN
Commissaries are rentable commercial kitchens where foodservice operators can prepare and store their food. While rentable commercial kitchens often provide additional services for food trucks, they’re used by a variety of off premise dining operations.
Kitchen Usage Fees – Per Hour
Peak Hours (7am-8pm) $30
Non-Peak Hours (8pm-7am) $25
Fees for hourly rates-
CAM (1-10 hrs.) 1%
CAM (11-20 hrs.) 2%
CAM (21-30 hrs.) 3%
Kitchen Leases Available
Monthly 40 hours with 3% CAM $625
Monthly Unlimited with 6% CAM $975
Storage Rack (Dry Storage) $75
Speed Rack/ Sheet Pan Rack Refrigerated $75
Speed Rack/Sheet Pan Rack Frozen $85
*With user providing their own racks. Racks must be approved by
us and meet health department standards.
